I have used Evans Quality Roofing twice in the past to perform minor repairs on my roof (replacing wind damaged shingles, install new ridge vent). Jason visited my home to provide an estimate, and then performed the work personally both times. Truly professional, courteous and top quality. Fast forward 6 years…I now needed to purchase the new roof that was long overdue. Because Jason impressed my so much with the previous jobs, he was my first call. He was able to schedule a visit/estimate within 48 hours. Cost was below what I expected. The weather cooperated, so everything ran on schedule (job was finished early, actually..one day vs one and a half). I contacted Jason a few days later about a flashing concern, and he came out personally two days later to resecure it. Neighbors of mine with similar sized roofs in need of repair received estimates that were higher, and their experiences were not nearly as positive. I wish all my home improvement projects went as smoothly.

I typically do not write reviews, but because of our overall satisfaction with our new roof by Evans, I felt it was important to share. We evaluated 7 roofing contractors, which were selected in part by advertising, neighbor and friend recommendations. We made our decision to go with Evans based on several key factors. 1) Responsiveness - Jason gave us prompt attention to our numerous questions and concerns. This went a long way to give us comfort and confidence when the work begins. 2) Materials – There were several options and we chose the Owens Corning Duration series for the quality, look, and warranty. Jason also quoted new continuous gutters with covers which really completed the package for us. 3) Evans Quality Roofing was recommended to us by a close friend. So, we had a good idea about the quality of work to expect. 4) Price – We learned quickly that a new roofing system will make a large dent in one’s budget. We were pleasantly surprised that the quote from Evans was significantly lower than most every competing vendor. As promised, materials were delivered on time and the work was accomplished in one day. The end result was even better than expected. Jason came by the following day to check again on our satisfaction. We are very satisfied and we recommended Jason and his team to a neighbor who has now also become an Evans customer.

Jason and his team did and awesome job inspecting my roof and then installing a new skylight as well as a whole new roof. Had 3 estimates done and his quote was right on the money with what I was expecting. His warranty offered was better than the competition. He offered several different color options. Very friendly, cooperative and easy to work with. His crew was on the job and on time. Entire roof and skylight were done in one day!! Cleanup was great! All trash, shingles and nails were cleaned up very well. I continue to recommend Jason and his team to anyone. It’s refreshing these days to have a company you can trust to do their job and do it well, beyond your expectations.

Jason was very responsive and answered many questions as I went thru the complex process of choosing a company to replace my roof. His team delivered what was promised with the same quality products and warranty as those who charged quite a bit more. He did not overcharge and made sure to cover what was necessary. I called Jason to get a quote and he immediately responded and set up a time. His quote was very reasonable and lower than any other I had gotten. When I agreed to the installation his communications were timely. We had to reschedule once but he was very accommodating. The roof installation was amazing. The work was done in a day and his workers cleaned up the job site very well. I would recommend Evans Quality Roofing to everyone who wants a quality job done at a reasonable price.
