CR3 American Exteriors

I am 100% satisfied with CR3's exterior renovation of my house. 31 full windows replacements, 1 new window installation,, front door replacement with framing, porch ceiling aluminum to vinyl, 4 cast iron to cedar vinyl wrapped porch pillars, new gutters all around, shingle to seamless metal porch roof, and, finally, aluminum siding to vertical board and batten vinyl siding with black shutters on the front of the house. With a project of this size there will be issues. None of the issues were serious and they were handled quickly. Communication was clear and consistent. Regular check-ins during installation days were performed to assure on-time delivery of supplies, the beginning of installation, and to quickly address problems and make adjustments to plans (I have a very old home). P.S. Kyle is the guy you want as your PM.

We couldn’t be happier with our project! The communication prior to work was top notch. The workmanship and attentiveness was outstanding. The entire project was stellar! CR3 and Owen did an absolutely amazing job on our roof from estimate to clean-up. We couldn’t be happier. It was a 1 day job and other than the fact that we have an incredible looking new roof, you couldn’t tell that they were even here. They took great care protecting our shrubs, flowers and deck and cleaned up continuously throughout the day. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks again Owen!!!

My first experience with this company was not expected, but it left such an impression that I will be using and recommending them for any services they offer. So my situation... I purchased this home that had the roof replaced a few years ago. CR3 provided a warranty and when I had some issues, no questions asked they took care of it. I am not even the original party that paid them for the installation and I was treated like a long-time customer from the first phone call. My point of contact was Zack, and he was great to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way including the day of roof replacement. I value customer service as much as quality work, and he and his team delivered in both regards. I'm already planning a project, waiting on a quote, so I'm aiming to back my statement of wanting to work with them going forward. I can also confidently say CR3 will be my first recommendation any time someone I know is looking for a service they provide. Ownership of CR3, you have a great team representing you.
