To me, "old fashioned" doesn't deserve the stigma "out of date", in fact it models something of such quality it has withstood both time and competition. We have proudly purchased a roof from this outstanding company, and from beginning to end we experienced both professionalism and craftsmanship in what I can only describe as "old fashioned", not in the sense of slow or dated, but rather maintaining integrity that seems to be lacking in the world today. This company clearly has a pristine foundation, and tops that with with a great roof. I am not denoting the quality of other roofing services, but I took the time to write this review (without the assistance of ai) to speak as highly as possible about the service Bealing provides.

I can see why Bealing is rated so highly. In a quick search for attic insulation, I found Bealing and filled out a form. Within roughly 30 minutes AND on a weekend, I got an email back to schedule a consultation. I've had nothing but great communication from everyone who I've been on contact with during my whole process. Special thanks to Bobby, Angie, and Jeff. My only complaint is that I wish the installation team didn't leave in such a rush and would've more thoroughly walk me through what they did and how they did it. I was also ready to give them my final payment, but I looked out my door and they were gone. Even though I hope to not need these services in awhile, I would highly recommend Bealing to anyone looking for insulation or roofing.

The Bealing team was great to work with for my metal roof replacement. They were professional, prompt, pleasant to work with, cleaned up everything and kept in constant communication throughout. The workmanship is very good and my buildings look 100% better. Very happy customer!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! An OUTSTANDING experience with Bealing Roofing (special call out to Jordan and Jeff) on a very complex job on a 150 year old home and roughly 75 year old roof. Let's begin with a home built in 1870, a metal roof that was installed by best estimate sometime in the 1950s, leaking plastic skylights from the 1970s, no gutter system, and a chimney ready to collapse. After not hearing back from other roofers (assuming they took one look and ran!), we did our research and contacted Bealing Roofing. THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE! First Jordan, and then Jeff, were fantastic. They didn't try to sugar coat the situation, nor offer to take our money and attempt to repair a roof that they knew was beyond repair. Understanding our needs, and particularly sensitive to our value of such a historical property, they provided a couple of replacement options and worked closely with us to determine the right course of action. The work commenced much earlier than estimated and the communication between the project team led by Jeff and us was outstanding and timely - including the discoveries of unvented exhaust fans, a crumbling chimney, structural deficiencies, and even a none-too-happy 5 foot black snake. Each issue was immediately relayed to me with options for solutions, risks, and estimates. Throughout the project I felt fully informed to make he best decisions for our situation. The end result was a completely new reinforced roof (w/Owings Corning Duration shingles), a removed chimney (cut down to below roof line and sealed), completed exhaust vents, a removed television antenna, restored crown moulding, and a completely new installed half-round gutter system. Start to finish was 2 1/2 days, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that our family will be safe and sound under this roof for life. THANK YOU BEALING ROOFING & EXTERIORS!
