Travis was terrific to work with and made the entire process smooth and simple from start to finish. I would use them again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Excellent service, pricing, and commitment to providing top notch products. Had them do my gutters and downspouts as well. Travis actually saved me money, after the evaluation he suggested the Roof Maxx coating product instead of a replacement, and it comes with a 5 year warranty. They also cleaned off parts of the roof that needed cleaning, checked all the flashing areas (fixed whatever required attention), and made sure my shingles were all tightened down and any nail pop-ups ( that occur over time) were renailed down all prior to applying the Roof Maxx rejuvenator coating. My roof looks like its brand new instead of having the dry, brittle look. I also received a 5 year warranty with this product. Not just a verbal agreement, I actually have a certificate of warranty that was provided to me. Travis and his crew were extremely efficient and professional. There was absolutely ZERO damage to my landscaping, and they made sure that everything, down to any used nails were removed. As for the gutters and downspouts , same thing, any material that was not needed was totally cleaned up and removed. Now if that wasn't above and beyond the call to top notch customer service , well, Today I received this strange package delivered to my porch. It was from Travis and his Company, Triple R Roofing. He sent me a S'mores Kit that can be used within the house, no need to go start a fire and sit in the cold. If that's not going beyond the traditional dealing between contractor and customer I don't know what is. You can not go wrong with chosing Triple R Roofing, Travis and his team. It was an absolute pleasure doing business. I look forward to using Triple R Roofing again in at least 5 years from now whether it's for the Roof Maxx rejuvenator treatment, or for a new roof, which we will determine at that time, but I have total faith and trust in Travis and his evaluation. He didn't have to save me money by using the rejuvenation treatment, he could have just said yep it needs a new roof, But he didn't. Triple R roofing offered a competitive price for the a standing seam metal roof on a city home. They replaced some roof planks without making me spring for all new decking (thanks!). They were quick to give me an estimate, the crew was friendly, and the roof looks great. 4 stars out of 5 because their communication once I signed on the job was so-so. We had 2 false starts due to weather, but notice of changes was often given the night before. All in all, they feel like a growing company that's just short on hands to answer messages. Positive experience, all told.

Triple R Roofing installed a metal porch roof as well as new siding and shingle roof on an addition to my house in Littlestown, PA. Travis did a great job giving us our options on each of the materials. Once everything was decided, the job was completed quickly and looks great.
