Orlando was very responsive and timely. He had good follow up before, during and after completion of the job. We had a difficult area on our roof that required technical expertise and execution and White Construction knew exactly what to do. Very pleased throughout the whole process and would highly recommended their services.

I had my roof done by White's in Spring of 2023. I was living out of state and contacted White's for an estimate. At that time I let them know that I also needed a vent cut for my bathroom fan. They included this in the estimate. The work was done in a timely manner and the roof was done well. My friend was living in the house and after some time noticed that there was an issue with mold in the bathroom. Upon further inspection, I found that they never cut the vent for the bathroom fan. This caused major issues. I contacted them multiple times to try to remedy the situation. All I wanted was the vent cut. I did not even pursue them for the damages caused by the lack of ventilation. I thought that the vent would be done because they claimed their work was under warranty for 5 years on the estimate that I signed. They listened to my complaint once or twice and after that they stopped returning my calls. Just a word of warning, if there is a mistake they may not take accountability for it.

White's replaced my large roof, long gutters, and repaired a falling chimney. Prices are reasonable, work was done quickly, and professionally. I was informed of progress, issues and sent update photos. I had issues with contractors showing up or providing estimates and all this work should have been done years before. Orlando is no nonsense, upfront about costs and potential increases, and supervises his work crew closely and personally. White's made these massive repairs low stress and quick.

Referred by friend with knowledge and contacts for the work I needed which was a roof replacement. Stepped back and let her coordinate. Extremely pleased and comfortable with the friendly and prompt assessment and explanation of his plan for what I needed. Orlando worked with HOA (which I did not consider) and my roof was replaced in one day at a very reasonable price and also some no interest financing which was an important need for me.
