Novak Home Improvements were profession and fair from start to finish. The quality of the work is as if I had done it myself. From the proposal to the installation and billing, every person rated a 10 in my opinion. I have owned a service business for over 30 years, and employed hundreds of employees, and I know how difficult it can be to have the best people in these positions. I wouldn’t normally respond to a survey, but in this case I had to. I have now used their services twice and would absolutely use them again when needed.
