Scenic View Roofing

Our house was not a standard roofing job. The shingles could not be lifted to roof with a boom truck like many are. The crew had to get creative and lifted them up with the roofing buggy . Then 7 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. The skill this crew had was remarkable. They were very courteous, cleaned up meticulously , never left the roof exposed, came back each day for 4 days until job was finished. 3 skylights were replaced in order to maintain warranty. The house is 150 years old. Upon their recommendation I had hip vents installed to increase ventilation in the attic which fixes the problem and the reason plywood had to be replaced. I had not known about this product until they recommended it. Highly recommend. Since I didnt want to go through roofing again I had them do the garage as well. All roofs were 20 + years old. And it was windy and cold.

Scenic View Roofing replaced the roof on my home in December 2025. It was a complicated job because there was a great deal of deferred maintenance that prior owners had neglected for years. I am so glad I chose this company for my roof. Many areas of the roof deck needed to be replaced and also an attic wall next to a chimney. This was done with skill and true craftsmanship. Bernardo, the lead supervisor in charge, was very experienced, knowledgeable and communicated each step of the way. He explained the issues found in a way that helped me understand and trust they were fixing the roof in a way that would keep the roof and home safe and secure in the decades to come - excellent communication. The crew that came, worked hard and consistently through the record cold December temperatures. They were hardworking, knowledgeable and polite. In my opinion, Scenic View gives the kind of customer service rarely seen in modern companies. They care about their clients, your home and stand behind their work. A true pleasure to work with. Besides all this, the new roof looks gorgeous!

Scenic View Roofing replaced our houses soffit and fascia and put on new gutters as well redoing the entire roof. They did a excellent job and were great to work with. If you are considering metal roofs I highly recommend the heritage panel. Steve the salesman was very knowledgeable about the different roof options what would look good with different colors ect.

I maintain Friendly Acres Church Camp. We quoted three local roofing companies and for the square footage cost, Scenic View was slightly higher. We reviewed projects from all three companies and choose Scenic View for their expertise and customer reviews. Amos, Steve, and the crew did a fantastic job on our cabins and bunkhouses. That is a testament to their skill and workmanship. They communicated throughout the project and were easy to work with.

I hired Scenic View Roofing to re-roof my home in October 2025 and I have nothing but compliments for this company, the workmanship, their overall service, and their warranty. The roofing and gutter workers were hard-working, fast, professional, and respectful. Amos was great to work with and was accommodating for scheduling. For me —the company had a reasonable, fair price as compared to other roofers in our city that I interviewed. Steve Petersheim, sales, Scenic View Roofing {SVR} listened to our concerns and offered suggestions {e.g roof ridge vent vs alternatives} and answered our concerns clearly. They were not the cheapest and they were certainly not the most expensive, but the estimate that they gave was a fair price for quality work, materials/service. This family-owned operation got to all the tasks of re-roofing, tearing off shingles, replacing bad wood, etc. quite fast. Amos arranged for the team/individual to do the gutter and leaf guard work, which was fast, solid craftsmanship. Since I live in the city, SVR got the Lancaster City permit and, no surprise, their plan/work passed inspection. We are quite pleased, strongly recommend.
