Joyland Roofing

Joyland Roofing is an amazing company. I needed a roof repair from a previous "contractor" that failed to do the job properly and unresponsive to corrections that needed done. Joyland stepped in and provided detailed videos and photos of the issue along with an estimate. They are very up front and honest. They were hired on and Alex is absolutely amazing. He is courtesy, understanding and very efficient. Sasha is also wonderful. She is very responsive and always polite when you need to call in. After the work was completed, I received another set of videos and photos of the completed work. I recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs done.

I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be done. Glad I choose Joyland to get my window shutters replaced. There were a few mix ups with getting our shutters on time but the office staff and sales team kept us informed and were awesome in communicating with us. Javon and Andrew were the associates that came out to install the shutters. They both are very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. They were great! We got a lot of compliments from our neighbors. I definitely recommend Joyland for any job you need. Awesome work, Awesome company!

I'm a happy Joyland customer and recommend them. Sales process by Ross was very clear, smooth, and without pressure. The office staff communicated well and were helpful. The installers were professional and incredibly efficient. Finally, our project manager, Conrad, also communicated well, checked in frequently, and was clearly committed to wrapping up the project by ensuring we were satisfied with the work. I really appreciated his post-project inspection efforts. Great company! The quality of work and the warranties have us feeling great about our decision.

I needed to replace the french doors on my tiny home. Joyland responded quickly to my request for a quote. Brandon was friendly, listened to what I wanted and provided the cost within 20 minutes. He even returned to make sure the measurements were accurate. Because it required a custom size, I expected the price to be outrageous. It was less than other quotes and I got all the features I wanted. The installation took longer than scheduled, but it was worth it. The installers were very polite and professional. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend Joyland.

I rarely write reviews, but this company is worth it. The estimate was so incredibly fair and professionally done. Just very friendly honest people. They did several small repairs and built a roof over the front door. Very experienced and quality work. I couldn’t be happier. Next I have them putting in windows and have no worries at all and very excited. To find a company that checks all the boxes with the highest of scores for every step, is so rare and is so refreshing. Needless to say I highly recommend them.
