(STAY AWAY) (Follow up response)- I understand that the downspouts and leaf guards weren’t part of the original contract, which is why I even said I appreciated the work and was looking forward to doing more projects with you. My main point is that you verbally agreed to install them when we spoke. If you didn’t want to do the work, you could have simply said so. And if you wanted additional compensation for the other downspouts, you could have mentioned that as well. Instead, you agreed to it and then stopped responding, which isn’t how good business and communication should be handled. Hope that makes sense. (Orignal Review) The experience started off well — the company provided a fair quote for our roof replacement and completed the initial work as expected. However, when it came to installing the downspouts in the correct locations, they were placed incorrectly. I requested that they reinstall them in the proper areas, which they agreed to do. Unfortunately, after I paid the remaining balance, the follow-up work was never completed. Despite multiple texts and phone calls over the course of nearly two months, I received no meaningful response. The receptionist initially assured me that someone would come by the following week and that I would receive a callback, but that never happened. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. While their pricing was fair and the initial service seemed promising, their complete lack of communication and accountability after receiving payment reflects very poor business practices. It’s disappointing because this could have been a positive review had they simply followed through on their promises.

Big thanks to the Royal Roofing Systems team for building a roof over our deck, replacing the old railings with new ones, and finishing our deck skirting. The team arrived on time, consulted with us as they went, and finished up in about a week. Great people, fair prices, and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Amazing group of workers. Have worked all day for 2 days to make sure roof was completed. Worked on hottest days of the year - hitting over 100° on the roof. Very nice workers , very respectful.

Highly recommend! The work was done in one day and they cleaned up and it looks like nothing was in the yard at all. The one day included tearing old chimney off, replacing all the underlying wood and shingles. Cost was very affordable too as far as roofs go. Also easy to communicate with management and they were always available.

Very happy with the results of my new roof replacement.Tomas is knowledgeable in the field, when he did the roof inspection he told me about 3 decking that may be replaced, and he planned for that, jus in case. They offer one of the best quality shingles in the market at an affordable price. After I signed the contract they kept me updated via email or phone call about the process (job permits and possible dates when the job will be performed). When the team crew came to the house, they were all wearing t-shirts with the name or company logo. When they started removed the old shingle, I verified that three decking had to be replaced as Tomas had told me that there was a possibility of them being replaced. The crew was respectful and knowledge of the work to be done, after the installation of the new shingles which came out perfect, (I chose install Black Onyx) the team picked up the debris and my house was clean as if nothing had happened, they went over every nail, and every piece of broken shingles, they paid a lot of attention to the details from the beginning to the final result.
