I never will recommend. Dyllon is making it seem as though he has stolen my money. He has had my money since May and never showed up to do the job. Multiple times he said his crew would do the job and multiple times they did not show up. He has not responded to most text messages, phone calls, or any emails. He only started responding consistently when I started demanding my money returned to me. Other roofers i have had come out to replace Dyllon recognized him and his company immediately without me mentioning his name. All i did was describe the situation. They apparently are fixing jobs he has done from the last couple years. I have had to report Dyllon to a couple agencies in attempt to get my money returned to me since he has not done so yet on his own. Your words only go so far, especially since you have not kept your word. Your apology is no good. The best apology would be to return my money, which you have not done. You have had ample time to do so.

I put down a deposit in March, four months ago, to replace my roof, and the work still isn't done. Dyllon repeatedly told me he would come to take the final measurements, but he never shows up when he says he will and doesn't say anything about it. Overall, NERS's communication is very poor. Calls, texts, and emails go unanswered. After four months of chasing Dyllon around, I've demanded my deposit back. Let's see if taking this public will get him to answer the phone. Edit: It took 3 entire business days for Dyllon to respond to my messages demanding a refund. It had nothing to do with the weather or how long the project was taking, it was exactly this, Dyllon. You need to answer your phone or hire an assistant.

Had new shingles and 2 new roof power vents installed in our home in October 2024. I was very happy with the install of the shingles and power vents at the time. The one roof vent was very very noisy (could be heard running loudly 2 floors down). He came out to listen to the problem and ordered a new vent. After many text communications, to date (July 15, 2025) they have never replaced the vent. Work was good, but if you have a problem it will take forever to resolve. Because of poor customer service, I will not recommend Northeast Roofing to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic company! I called and left a message they got back to me in the same day I scheduled an appointment with them and they came out and repaired my roof while giving me a quote for the replacement which I ended up doing later down the road they had the roof patched up for me before I even heard back from other companies! One thing I absolutely loved his that they had a drone fly over the roof so I could see exactly what the problems were and the before and after photos they also do videos and stuff just absolutely amazing company if I ever need anything roofing related I will always use this company!!!

No one does it better than Dyllon and the crew at Northeast Roofing Specialists! I filed a claim with my insurance back in SEPTEMBER of 2021... and they decided to jerk us around after I got in contact with Dyllon. They only wanted to repair two sections of my roof that were clearly far more damaged than they thought. Thankfully we were persistent.. and Dyllon has the patience of a saint and we requested a re-inspection and didn't give up. We provided tons of information, videos and photos and they finally agreed to a full replacement in July of 2022. If it wasn't for Dyllon personally talking to my insurance and working with them to get me what I should have had in the first place, I'd still be waiting! They did a beautiful job and the crew left no stone unturned after they were gone as you'd never know they were there. Thanks again Dyllon and Northeast Roofing Specialists.
