Stan was wonderful to deal with throughout the process. He discussed our roofing options with us and thoroughly explained the procedures and costs. We thought the price was very fair for the high quality of the product and warranty. His crew, especially Jean the supervisor, were efficient and professional in completing the job within the time frame we were promised, as well as addressing any questions along the way. I called Stan and set up an appointment to have my roof inspected. Stan promptly returned my call and was out to my house in a timely manner. The results of the inspection were I didn't need a new roof immediately; but I went ahead and had a new roof put on as my old roof was on the 25th year of a 25 year warranty. When I called Stan to set up an appointment to have a new roof put on; he took time out of his vacation to call me back and address any and all concerns. The crew came out as scheduled and put on a new roof and also installed gutter guards. Upon completion of the new roof a Maintenance Foreman stopped by after the roofing crew left and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was honest and reported I wasn't completely happy with the clean up of my yard and driveway. The Foreman immediately called the roofing crew and had them return to my house and address all my concerns to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Black Label Builders; out of all the estimates to have a new roof installed; Stan's quote came in as the least expensive and the job wasn't completed until all of my concerns were addressed. Great communication and a very professional work crew.

I called 3-4 roofers and Stan was the most responsive. He understood the urgency we had to replace the roof and was able to get is a quote and roof replaced faster than I anticipated. I highly recommend Stan and his team. Efficient. Professional. Personable. Good work.

Stan and crew just put on my roof. May, 2025. Great job all around. Communication was wonderful. Roof looks amazing. The crew were top notch. All done in one day and cleaned up like they were never here. Highly recommended. I couldn't have asked for more. 5 Stars for Black Label Builders.

We reached out to Black Label (and several other roofing businesses) earlier this year. Out of all the businesses we met with, Black Label was the best. They stood out for several reasons: Stan made an effort to meet with us at our house, on our time, and on the weekend. He brought hardware and pamphlets to explain what options were available. We were already interested in a standing seam metal roof. While the remaining businesses told us the reasons why we shouldn't go that route, Stan took the time to hear and understand our vision. Black Label was the only business to provide us with a quote for a standing seam option. The price was affordable and within our range. While it did take some time for Stan's crew to get started, it was worth the wait. The delays were due to us having to wait for other jobs before ours to get completed. There was also a lot of rain earlier this year which may have contributed to the wait. Prior to the work beginning, all of the metal roofing and supplies were delivered in protective wooden crates. Once the project began, Stan's crew showed up promptly on time, every day. Our project contained a lot of cuts and angles and the work was tedious. We regularly observed Stan's crew to make sure they were paying attention to detail and we were not let down. Towards the end of the job, we requested a few changes (one or two scratched panels, some warping in another panel, etc.) Fortunately the issues were contained to one small part of the roof. This is where Stan's excellent customer service shined. He heard our concerns and was prompt in addressing them. After correction, another member of his team did a review of the corrections to ensure that we were satisfied. Post completion, I ended up having to do some cleanup. There were a lot of nails, cuts of metal roofing, etc. However, we have a lot of landscaping and finding those pieces were exceptions and not the norm. We live around a lot of trees, so we needed to wait for the leaves to fall to get good pictures of the roof. Black Label's website explains that they are experts in metal roofing. They are, and we are overly satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, detail, and personalized customer service from Stan and his team. If you're in the market for a metal roof, Black Label is the best there is. Thank you Stan and team!
