He had to jump through so many hoops with my insurance company and he happily jumped everytime. I think he has spent more time on my roof taking pictures and videos than spending time at home. It's extremely rare to have such a great all round experience with a contractor. From the time Bob Murrell inspected our roof, helped assess the damage and worked with our insurance, everything was perfect. Scheduled accordingly and in a timely fashion. Workers were excellent and very respectful. Bob even stopped by during the installation to ensure everything was good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lifetime to anyone!! Thank you team.
