Additionally, he was able to make common-sense recommendations for us to get the most out of our new roof. Our project manager, James, was on-site every day to make sure that the team was working effectively, got the work started ahead of schedule, and was able to finish our large roof and gutters before the weekend (and rain) came in. With the houses being very close together I was concerned about the mess on my neighbors property but they had tarps everywhere and cleaned up absolutely everything from my yard and my neighbors. Even after encountering a huge, unexpected rainstorm, they worked extremely efficiently to protect all of the materials and current progress. They also installed new gutters, which look fantastic. We opted for their version of leaf guards—visually appealing and seemingly very effective so far. As a bonus, the team also roofed a custom playhouse in our backyard, which came with the property. Our kids will definitely appreciate that in the years to come.
