Emanuel and Amos were fantastic! They handled my neighbor from hell with kid gloves while she hindered the install. After another house project took months to finish, I was leary when the end of the week came and they told me they would be back when they were done their next project (neighbor hindered, remember). I wasn't happy to know at least another week before the roof was completed (minus gutters- subcontracted out) thinking another project not done. They came back that next Tuesday and Wednesday to complete their phase. My skylights were installed and worked. The metal roof was installed with all the snow guards. So the project (if neighbor hadn't been involved) took only 5 days, plus 1 day for gutter install. Very competent roofers; Emanuel, Amos, Jesse, and Lee. Much appreciated and grateful. Within the past few months or so, I noticed water was pouring down the back wall of my house during heavy rainfall, and didn’t seem to be diverting to the downspout. After being told I may need an entire new roof by another contractor (who claimed the rubber was rotting through from standing water and would need to be pulled out and replaced, at which point they suggested I might as well replace the entire roof), Melvin’s estimator Stephen managed to give me a considerably lower estimate to fix a misaligned/faulty drip edge (which he believed was causing the bulk of the issue). They could have tried to sell me on a new roof / repair, but instead told me they did not feel the integrity of the roof was compromised and didn’t see any reason to believe there was rot. This level of honesty is rare these days! His team member Nolan got the job done within a couple hours and was extremely nice and professional. He even noted that my downspout wasn’t attached efficiently (I believe it was in place with loose nails), and said he reconnected it with anchor screws to keep it in place. They also recaulked along the back of my deck overhang to prevent any water from leaking through to the deck as it had been. All this being said, it just rained last night, and I didn’t notice any water running down the back of my house like it was before. In fact, as I stood on my back deck, I could actually hear the rainwater pouring through the downspout! Thank you, Melvin, Stephen, and Nolan for your honesty and quality work! I will definitely contact Lancaster Roofing again in the future if I ever have roofing work to be done.

Well…. These guys just finished my mom’s roof 12/15/23 and I must say they did an Awesome job and they did it in no time at all. They arrived early and they just worked worked worked. They cleaned up after themselves and they were professionals. Thanks guys 🤗

Mr. Melvin did an amazing job on my roof. I had numerous quotes for my roof. He was very detailed with photos and even found holes that other roofers did not find. Very reasonable with prices. And very polite man and punctual. I would definitely recommend him and use him over and over again thank you so much.
