We highly recommend Shark and his team at Apolinar roofing. They are professional, reliable, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. At our first meeting Shark got on the roof to take pictures so we could see its condition. Initially we were looking to have the roof repaired, after seeing the photos we decided on a new roof and siding. He used drones throughout the process to keep us updated on the progress. The team ensured the yard was clean every day and did a thorough cleanup once the job was finished. We are very pleased with our decision to work with Apolinar - kudos to the team!

Adding to what my wife has already mentioned: Shark and his business is legit! He was the only one that came with a ladder for the estimate and got right up onto our roof and did a thorough assessment of the entire roof with pictures. He continued to explain every step of the process including materials. His team is his team and you can tell they have been working together for years! During the whole removal and install, Shark documented with pictures and videos and continuously updated a share point so we were able to watch as they work and it also speaks on their quality of work providing 100% transparency. The cost was ideal, especially considering the high quality of work. The advice that I can share with anyone looking to have their roof redone, the big name contractors sub contract the work. Not only are you going to pay a good amount more (1 of our estimates was $7k more than we paid!), but you are also gambling to get the big name contractors A Team. There is a sweet spot when shopping around for big projects, you want the team that is reliable and consistently provides high quality of work. That’s what you will get every time with Apolinar!!!

We would highly recommend Apolinar to anyone. We had gotten 5 quotes which were extremely varied. Apolinar did the most thorough inspection and gave us the best explanation of their proposed plan accompanied by over 100 photos. Our slate roof was in terrible condition. As work progressed, Shark posted the work daily so that we could see the progress. His team was neat and professional!

Apolinar roofing has a fantastic team and did an excellent job on our roof. After a major storm ruined our roof this year, we called Apolinar to schedule an estimate. Shark came to our home, did a thorough assessment, and spent time explaining to us what our roof required. Beyond the damage we had, we knew we were in need of adding ventilation. Shark knows his materials well and was able to explain to us in a way we understood what all would need to be done. He brought sample colors for us to look through. He was prompt, professional and kind. The price was extremely fair considering the ventilation costs we were expecting. Once we scheduled the job, Cathleen the office manager was great at communicating with us and updating when the project would start. She was able to answer our questions on what all needed to be done in preparation for the day they would start the roof. We were expecting to have to clear off our patio and clean out the attic. Really we only had to move our cars from the driveway and Cathleen suggested covering our attic boxes with a drop cloth. Before the team started on our roof, they walked around the property and moved our decorations so they would not be damaged. They placed breathable drop cloths around the perimeter of our house for any debris. They moved a small dumpster into our driveway. After the first day of work was complete, the team did an excellent job cleaning up the property. One employee walked around with some type of magnet to collect any nails they might have missed. On the following day our roof was complete. We were updated throughout the entirety of the project with a website where progress pictures were uploaded. There was one area on our front porch I asked about an old piece of wood (unrelated to the roof), Shark immediately addressed it and replaced the wood for us (this was a great relief as I would not have been able to replace it myself). You can tell this company takes pride in their work! Sharks motto is ‘your roof is my roof’ and I really believe he cares enough about his work that he would return should an issue arise. I definitely don’t expect any issues but if I ever needed another new roof, I would return to this company without hesitation. Overall, we are incredibly happy with the service, the team, and the entirety of the project. I highly recommend Apolinar roofing! Thank you again to your fantastic team.
