Joe and his team’s work are absolutely outstanding. They completely tore down our old roof and put on the new one within a day, didn’t leave anything behind, and it looks so amazing. The pricing is also extremely fair for the amazing work they do! I knew our old roof was old, but I did not realize the extent of it until this new roof got installed and now it is so warm in our house, it feels better insulated and is holding the heat so much better than before. And it looks beautiful! I am so obsessed with it. We will definitely be recommending A Plus Roofing to anybody looking for a new roof.

We hired them for a massive exterior overhaul, including a full roof replacement, new siding, new fascia, and complete gutter and downspout replacement. Joe and his team completely transformed my roof! The work included demo of my back porch roof and rebuild with standing seem metal. The project also included new gutters, chimney removal, resheeting the roof and sistering of rafters. It looks so sharp! I couldn’t be happier. Joe was excellent with communication and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The team works extremely hard and they are very efficient. Highly recommend !

We purchased our home in 2018 and we hated the front of the house. The giant white piece of metal on top of the porch looked so out of place, the old rusted rod iron railings, the corrugated metal porch roof with the leaking internal gutter system just made the house look so blahhh, dated, and was in dire need of a refresh. In April we had damage to the main roof of the home from a bad storm and we found out we needed a whole new roof. This gave us a push to start this project and update the front of the house. After months of insurance and contractors we decided on A Plus Roofing & Exteriors. Joe, Tim and their crews did a fantastic job communicating the project. We decided on an entire new shingle roof, a new front porch roof, new soffit, fascia, and gutters. The had multiple crews working to complete the project in a timely manor. The job site was cleaned and organized daily. As you can imagine this was a large job and even due to some weather delays they completed the project in a timely manner and kept me updated with product delays and weather delays through out the project. We are so happy with how everything turned out. We went a little outside the box with a custom gutter/soffit color which did take some additional time to come in, but the result was worth the wait! The new porch roof looks like it was part of the house and not an add on which was our ultimate goal. Id like to paint the shutters and front door to bring the whole project full circle.
