The day our roof was replaced we were asked not to have any vehicles in the driveway at 7:30 AM. At 7:15 the crew pulled into the driveway. At 7:30 the first ladder went up. Because of bad plywood approximately 20 sheets needed to be replaced. John informed me it may take more than one day. He underestimated his men. By 4 - 4:30, they were done. The house AND the detached 2 car garage. During the final walk around inspection we noticed a couple of “minor” things. John came back the next morning and fixed them. Since the job was done I’ve been walking around the house looking for nails. I found three. Because of my experience with Summit Exteriors I would whole heartedly recommend their services to anyone and everyone. I will always favor Veteran owned businesses, not only because I too am a veteran, because it’s the little details that others seem to miss and the service they provide. I’m 68 yrs. old and I know I’ll never need their services in the future. Thank you John and thank your men for me on a job VERY well done.

Summit Exteriors When Summit Exteriors comes to visit the home they truly listen to what would make the homeowner happy. I needed to hire someone for a full gutter install and also repairs to the siding after a storm blew off a few sections of siding. I also had some rotted wood near the gutters. Lastly I had these huge columns that were damaged and looked awful after years of storm damage and neglect. I’m happy Summit Exteriors provided a competitive price without sacrificing the integrity of the work being performed. From beginning to end they offered professional services and I am beyond impressed with the quality of work and the way everything turned out. They wrapped my columns and trimming with vinyl and my homes aesthetic look will remain looking good for many years to come. I also appreciated when Summit Exteriors came through and cut down some of the branches that were above my roof when they found out that it was on the list of what my homeowners insurance required. To top it all off after I paid Summit Exteriors I saw a tiny little gap hardly noticeable in the trim and they did not hesitate to return and repair it no questions asked to my satisfaction. I wish Summit Exteriors provided many more home improvement services because I would not hesitate to hire this company for everything.

I highly recommend Summit Exteriors! The owner, John goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. He is very quick to respond to calls or texts (even on weekends), he is fair, his crew are timely and very efficient. My roof replacement was a two day job and they worked well into the evening the first night completing more than half the job. John is very meticulous with his clean up putting everything back and leaving the yard and deck spotless. I would not hesitate to use this company again. You can see he loves what he does and takes pride in his work.

Summit Exteriors did a phenomenal job start to finish. From the moment I reached out to John and he returned my call within 24 hours communication was excellent. Through the multiple estimates of my changing requirements and to the day he and his crew arrived to start the job, John was responsive and clear about everything. During and after the work, our yard and home were kept as clean as can reasonably be expected and when they left, they left no trace other than a beautifully finished roof, new ridge venting, new solar exhaust fan, and new gutter guards. Good pricing, great communication, and excellent work are the trifecta when it comes to this organization.
