This is why we chose them yet again for our home in villas. From first call to completed job,East Coast Windows and Siding was a great company to work with! A large leaking window required diagnosis, removing siding, replacing material under siding and putting siding back up. Job was done professionally, on time with pictures provided. Such a great experience working with the staff at East Coast Roofing & Siding. Colin inspected my roof and was able to provide me with pictures and a detailed explanation of the things that were done incorrectly on my roof. He was very professional & thorough. Mark & Zach came out to cover the leak in my roof so that there wouldn’t be anymore damage. They were both knowledgeable and very reassuring! Once it was time for my roof to be installed, Mark kept me informed from start to finish. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and his down to earth, kind demeanor made it easy to work with him. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work! Owner, Shawn, came to my house and was very knowledgeable of everything related to roofing. The presentation he showed my wife and I on how the process, of new roof installation was going to occur, was excellent. When it came down to the actual roof installation, the workers were very professional and quick. In two days the job was complete and the clean up after was done right. We got a call from their offices explaining what to expect before the job started. Shawn kept me on the know and always got back to me. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a roof.
