Archer Exteriors

I bought a new construction DR Horton home built in 2025 and Archer siding continues to fall off my house and they've replaced and reassured me 5 times now and it continues to fall apart! This company is atrocious and Archer doesn't know the first thing about installing siding. They don't have professionally trained technicians and aren't able to keep siding from falling apart and off the side of my house. I guess siding is too complicated for them. It's not rocket science as they say! I would stay away from this company and every house in my new construction development has issues with their siding and metal flashing trim constantly falling off their houses. This company needs to go out of business or be sued into bankruptcy.

We had Tom Gillespie as our project manager, we had all new windows , siding , gutters and gutter guard in stalled. We must say our house looks beautiful. It wasn’t the easiest install, but the job got done. It’s meets our expectations. We are happy with the results. Tom is a very nice person and listens to everything.

We couldnt be more pleased with Archers job for us. They replaced the 35 year old siding and windows on the front of our home during the 3 hottest days of summer The crew went above and beyond to finish a quality job...working thru lunch on the last day as severe storms were getting close. They did a wonderful job!!!!

Our experience with Archer has been fabulous from the Sales Person to the final Inspector! This is a very professional company that cares about your home and the final results. We couldn't have asked for a better company to roof our home! Everyone on the team was top notch! Can't say enough about our positive experience and the result of our home looking fresh and new! Poetry in motion!! Archer Exteriors just completed installation of a new roof on my house and I couldn’t be happier! The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. The salesman/estimator Dominic was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction during our walk-through. The office staff was very responsive when I called to clarify a few things. Communication was excellent and they got back to me very quickly when I needed an answer to some questions. When the time came for the crew to do the installation, they arrived when they said they would and went right to work on my roof. The foreman Rosalino kept me informed throughout the day, explaining some things that needed to be done, and keeping me in the loop during the entire process. His crew worked hard and steady all day and were very careful about keeping my property (as well as the properties of my neighbors) clean and safe. This is where the “poetry in motion” comes in. Every man in Rosalino’s crew had a job to do and they did it well! Coordination by the foreman, and efficiency by the workers- an excellent combination! When the job was finished at the end of the day, they cleaned up everything before leaving. I did an inspection of the property and guess what? I did not find one nail on my driveway or grass. They were very thorough! Oh, by the way, the price was well within my budget. So much, in fact, that I was able to replace my over-40 year old skylights with new ones and still be under budget! From start to finish, from top to bottom, just an all around great job and excellent experience!!
