I worked with Malachi, who was the field representative supervisor. Malachi was a friendly and knowledgeable professional. After I explained the issue with our leaking enclosed patio, he gave us a clear and simple solution and made sure both my wife and I understood the repair process. Malachi and his skilled team came in, removed the old roofing, replaced the damaged wood, and installed a new roof—all in just one day. They worked efficiently and left the area spotless; you couldn't even tell any work had been done except for our brand-new, leak-free roof. My wife and I had to leave town, but Malachi came back a few days later to inspect the roof himself and make sure everything was done to their high standards. Since the new roof was put on, we’ve been able to enjoy our patio again, without worrying about leaks. The work comes with a one-year warranty, and even with all the recent rain, we haven’t seen a single drop inside our screened-in patio.
