All County Exteriors

I have used All County for two major projects on my house. I purchased windows and a front door as well as sided the entire house. All County is an excellent company with excellent employees! They’re easy to work with and punctual. I would highly recommend them for projects on your house.

Mike Glock and his crew at All County Exteriors did an absolutely outstanding job on our complete roof replacement. They took on the project in freezing temperatures and high winds, and still delivered a phenomenal final product without cutting corners or rushing the job. The level of professionalism was unmatched, from communication and punctuality to jobsite cleanliness and attention to detail. The crew worked efficiently, safely, and with obvious pride in their workmanship despite the tough conditions. It’s rare to find a company that combines top tier craftsmanship with true professionalism, but All County Exteriors does exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike Glock and his team to anyone looking for quality work done the right way. Highly recommended. I took poor photos following the roof replacement prior to the partial solar installation 5 days later but it looks sleek, level, and they incorporated attic ventilation so my roof can breathe and last longer.

Had my roofing and gutters replaced. Art visited my home to provide the initial estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He walked us through all the options and helped us decide between them with never a feeling of upselling occurring. He is very authentic. The application process for zero interest, zero payment financing for a year (all done through Art’s visit) was also very seamless. The materials arrived within the 5 weeks promised and the office was extremely accommodating with scheduling. Michael, the foreman, texted me the night before reminding me of exactly what to expect and was on site the morning of. The roof replacement took 1 day; 7 am to 7 pm. The roofing team was prompt, efficient, pleasant, and left the property clean - as though they had not even been there - and the dumpster was picked up early morning the following day. Michael followed up with us afterwards and helped to coordinate the replacement of the gutters which occurred within 3 days. We were very happy with the service and the results. Thank you!

the workers are doing a decent job, BUT: the windows ordered are different from what was installed, so it requires another period to order the window screens plus another day (after 1-2 weeks) to have the team back in the house to fix it. 2. the person who called to schedule told us: Thursday to Saturday (got it in writing too) and at the end of the day on Friday (as I’m writing) the foreman told us that they come back on Monday ( nobody bothered to check with us if we’re available on Monday btw). 3. we scheduled for an early morning appointment for a quote on another project and the guy didn’t show up, I had to call the office to find out what’s going on and I didn’t even get an apology. 4. the sales guy from the windows project told us that it will last two days :( So, whoever wants to experience such a professional approach: go ahead and hire them! I attached pics with my driveway on Friday after the team left… update: as the team left, we called the office, nobody answered. sent a text message, no reply… until Saturday late afternoon when I assume someone saw my review. the employee that called had the great excuse that for almost 24 hours “she didn’t have that phone around” and what I keep hearing is the office knowing nothing the team does and both sides blame each other… at the end of this conversation looks like they need Monday AND Tuesday to finish… so there goes my review from 2 to just 1 star. and btw: nobody apologizes or takes responsibility :(. update 12/5 the team came to install the basement windows they forgot to order in the first place. that made it 4 days out of the 2 discussed with the sales agent. but the most pathetic part was that we received a thank you … coupon against a future job. and I wasn’t getting to mention this if the supervisor that talked to my husband (after I was stood up by the employee that was supposed to help me FOR A NEW PROJECT) had promised to send us a restaurant gift card as an apology - a promise that he didn’t keep… not that i needed it, but just a matter of principle. I’ll add the pics of the great “gifts” we got :D

Roof install. Great company from the first call to the office, meeting with Justin about the job, the work crew was polite, professional, and helpful. The foreman Mike did a great job taking care of the site. They left our yard clean, and the work itself was the best. They offer financing as well. Highly recommend All County Exteriors.
