They also replaced all of our worn-out aluminum soffit and fascia with new vinyl, and put in brand new gutters for our home in Brick Township. i've hired chavez family roofing & remodeling a few times for different roofing needs, and they've always delivered excellent results. whenever i called, i either got someone right away or received a quick call back, usually within the hour. i usually get quotes from three roofers, but other companies are hard to get in touch with, while this company is very responsive. recently, they worked on re-roofing my parents’ outbuilding, repaired a section of my own roof, and installed some new exhaust vents. for the re-roofing, pedro and the crew removed the old shingles and put on new ones, and everything was cleaned up perfectly—no stray nails left behind. i appreciated how flexible they were in scheduling the work to fit my busy calendar, and the timeline they promised was exactly what they delivered. the roof repair was done to fix a problem caused by another roofer years ago. i was given helpful options, like using my leftover shingles or patching with new ones. i chose to use the originals since the repair was visible on the front of my house. after they finished, i checked during a heavy rain and there were no leaks at all. for the vents, they noticed the bathroom vents were just dumping air into the attic, so they ran the proper piping to the outside, which was a big improvement. overall, my experience has been great every time, and i highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. i’ll definitely call them again for any future roofing jobs.
