Working with Capitol Roofing is such a professional experience that it is almost in a class by itself. The owner of the company gave me what amounted to a tutorial in New England winters (as I am a recent arrival). He advised me that some work I was considering was unnecessary and suggested a better - and less expensive - alternative option. The work was done quickly and expertly. I would recommend this company to anyone. As I said, in a class by themselves.

I called explaining I had a leak on my roof. I was told Capital would come out the next day which they did. Got a text saying it was an easy fix. I asked what we owed- the reply came back- easy fix, no charge. Amazing!!! Of course I would call them again if I ever need roofing, and I would of course pay!

We had a small fix with the flashing and he was honest about the cost and turnaround time to get our job done. Starting from my initial inquiry, John was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The proposal he provided was comprehensive, clear to understand, and competitively priced! John described the job in detail, answered all my questions, and we set a schedule. The crew arrived on-time, were polite and worked very efficiently. Each crew member had a job and they worked together as a team. The removal & hallway of the old roofing material and installation of the new roof was seamless and the entire job completed on-time. Upon clean-up, the yard & driveway were thoroughly checked and all debris removed. At the end of the project, and it's like they were never there!
