contacted Premier Roofing on a Monday to request an estimate for repairing a leak in the corrugated metal roof of my barn. The receptionist scheduled me for an appointment that Friday afternoon and confirmed by email. Unfortunately, the estimator never showed up, nor did anyone call or contact me. This was especially disappointing since I rearranged my work schedule to be home for the appointment. The following Monday, I emailed the office to ask what had happened and to reschedule. I received no reply. I emailed again on Thursday and, once again, heard nothing back. Then, on Saturday morning (September 20th), I unexpectedly received a call from one of their roofers saying he was on his way over to look at the job. Although this was inconvenient, I had been waiting 11 days since my initial call and wanted the leak fixed, so I cancelled my plans. The roofer arrived about 30 minutes later, inspected the problem thoroughly, and sent me an estimate by email the next day. I was shocked to see the cost: $2,000 for what was clearly a small repair. I obtained another estimate from a different highly rated local roofing company for the exact same work, and their price was $600. I hired them instead, and they completed the job promptly and did excellent work. Everything in this narrative is factually accurate and the reply below is another telling piece of evidence about their service. Based on my experience, I would not call Premier Roofing again, nor would I recommend them to others.

Premier Roofing was an excellent company to work with through the whole process! They had a contract and a quote ready for our consideration within a day after I contacted them. After a review of the roofing contract, which was comprehensive and came with a long-term guarantee and a reasonable price, we signed it. Premier Roofing showed up within weeks’ time and to our amazement completed the entire project in a single day! We had been planning on at least two to three days with the reason being the roof was large and complex, with two to three layers of shingles to be removed and more than half of the roof had a 12”-12” pitch. Also adding more effort to the project, we had specified that ice and water shield be laid over the entire roof before the architectural shingles were placed. The clean-up was thorough and progressed seamlessly with the various phases of work. We were very happy with all phases of the contract and believe we got a quality product for a fair price!

Premier was excellent from the first phone call, to getting an estimate and installing our new roof. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you for being outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Premier Roofing came out immediately to look at my leaking roof and within a couple days the whole roof was replaced. They clean up extremely well.
