My once-fading yellow siding, an expanded Trex deck, and curb appeal that drew compliments within hours were the highlights of Complete Exterior's work on my home. Thaad, the project manager, did an excellent job overseeing both the siding and deck construction. He communicated with me several times per day and was on-site daily to provide updates and answer any questions or concerns. He kept everything running smoothly and addressed any issues that arose. For example, when several areas of rot were discovered and the deck’s step down was too high, they offered a reasonable price to fix the problems, and we moved forward seamlessly. Thaad and I discussed options for the deck in detail, and together we found the perfect solution. He ensured the work stayed on schedule and met high-quality standards. When the job was finished, I was amazed-my home was even more beautiful than I had imagined. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. After the initial work was completed, I was so impressed that I asked Complete Exterior to install new doors as well. They added a beautiful new front door and elegant new French doors leading out to my new deck- both look fantastic. The doors not only enhanced my home’s appearance but also feel solid and well-installed, keeping drafts out and making me feel safer with secure new locks. The workmanship throughout the project was top-notch. The crew, led by Thaad and Nick, took real pride in their work and paid close attention to every detail. They skillfully handled tricky corners around the deck door, kept the job site clean and organized (which was especially important since I have three dogs), and followed through on every promise. Thanks to my outstanding experience with Trevor, Thaad, and Nick, I’ve now decided to have Complete Exterior renovate my entire first floor, including the kitchen. Nick and his team were quick and efficient getting the job done in a short window we had to meet some fha requirements repairing some rot damage I got lower quotes from others but they had long wait times. I would have been happier for $1000 less but you pay a premium if you’re on a tight deadline. Glad his team was available.

The old saying goes “happy wife, happy life” My other half had work done with this company which turned into a huge project. The house was built in 1946.. old and old = issues. Well I survived, Nick and his crew survived and the place looks awesome. 👏 Thaad you’ve got thick skin my man and handled the boss lady which means you have a successful career ahead. The siding team got zero sass and the wee one even brought them cookies so safe to say they get a 10/10. Thanks everyone now I can kick back and enjoy until our next project.

Home renovations can be stressful, especially when you start with one project and it grows. I began with a siding project, and most people know that when you open up walls, you never know what you’ll find. In my case, that led to rot repairs and the replacement of four roofs on my house. Being in the trades myself, I expect high quality and strong quality control. I’m happy to say this team delivered. They navigated unexpected changes, addressed my concerns, and despite doubling the original scope of work finished the job within a month. From the start, Trevor was knowledgeable, helpful, and fair in his pricing. Thaad went above and beyond, always on-site or on call whenever I had a question or needed something addressed. Nick was always quick to respond, and/or be on site to make sure the project stayed on track and my expectations were met. He has a great team, even their apprentice was very nice and I could tell he was eager to learn the trade. (I'm a huge advocate for the trades, we need more people) Their responsiveness helped ease the stress of such a huge transformation. Today, I look at my home and see a complete transformation. It doesn’t just look beautiful; it's safe, solid, and built to last for decades. I truly feel like I have a brand new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
