Igor’s company, Universal Construction, did a very impressive job on both the roof project and siding project for our home. Igor was very informative on all aspects of the project and his entire crew were very hard working and meticulous in their work. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.

Great roofing company, very professional. I made appointment for roof estimate, I met the owner Igor, he provided a detailed quote. Igor is knowledgeable about roofs, well spoken, and looks honest. The permit was filed correctly and quickly. On the scheduled day, the roofing team was there and ready with all their tools, I like good work ethic and was pleased. His team is professional, respectful, hardworking, honest, they did a great job. My highest recommendation.

We live in Lexington and just got our roof replaced by Universal Roofing Solutions. I’m stunned by the professionalism! We were getting several leaks. Igor come out last Tuesday and gave us a full inspection and gave us two option to repair or replace! My husband and I decided to replace, by Thursday He had the permit in hand and scheduled our replacement for Monday. Completed in one day but what amazed me the most was that They didn’t cut any corners, throughout the day They sent me pictures and explained where the leaks were and they would fix the area. I was worried this would add to the work order, but at the end Igor gave us a final bill and He didn’t surprise us with any change order.

Universal Roofing Solutions made the whole roof replacement super easy. They replaced our church roof with professionalism and care. Igor was great to work with friendly, honest, and always kept us in the loop. The roof looks amazing. Definitely recommend these guys!
