The team that came out to do the job was amazing. They worked incredibly hard in not the best weather - it was frigid cold. I wish they were better dressed for the weather and conditions. That's my only complaint, if you can call it that. More of a concern. They got the entire roof cleared of the old shingles and the new roof on in one day. We were pleased with the work the Vermont Construction Company crew did to replace our cottage roof. I would have appreciated some more clarity about who was the contact person when I had questions. When the roof was being repaired, the worker incharge communicated the progress & sent pictures.

we wanted to share an excellant experience with your company's efforts in installing our new residential roof. Gabe was very open and professional when presenting the overall picture of the pricing, roofing type and color options, scheduling, new skylight installation details, chimney flashing repairs, possible plywood replacement as needed, etc, etc. our questions were answered that day, with later follow-up questions via email within an hour or two, max. Jenna was very pleasant to speak with in regards to a firm start date, also. the crew of 9 arrived at 7:00, and I was relieved to see the immediate installation of a sturdy anchorage system across the roof peak and every worker up on the roof utilizing a self-arresting harness system in good repair. huge tarps were erected to catch any falling debris and by 8:20 the old roof was off. the work progressed steadily throught the day, with zero issues and an obvious focus on crew safety. you have an excellant foreman who has assembled and trained a great, friendly, hardworking crew. probably none better, congratulations! debris clean up was outstanding, leaving the area around the house better than when your crew arrived. the young lady who was our laison between us and the foreman was happy, professional, hardworking and a joy to work with. how are you finding these folks? they are the BEST!

Just had a roof done by Vermont Construction Company and am very pleased. The process, starting with initial call, them estimate and then the actual job, was smooth and very professional. My house is in Rouses Point , NY and needed partial reroofing, on one addition. The job was done by the crew in one day. They worked very hard and then cleaned up the entire area. Looks fantastic. And something else: the contractors in my area, if they return a phone call, ask for 50% down, well in advance. Not VCC. They will bill me. Unheard off. Thank you VCC and let us hope that it does not leak!

Being this is the first time I’ve used Vermont Construction. I would say so far extremely professional. They definitely knew exactly what they were doing. They came in the dark waiting for the daylight started working when it was light enough. Started at six roughly and ended by noon time roughly. I would like to add again crew is very professional.
