Completed the roof replacement before any snow events happened, much appreciated as that was a concern that I had communicated. Top notch and highly knowledgeable office staff made the process flow smoothly and without issue. No interest financing over 12 months of the remaining 50% balance was a big reason why we went with Five Star Roofing to do the roof replacement. Professional service in all stages, highly recommended.

We received a competitive quote site unseen by providing blueprints. We requested a visit and discussion for comfort. One of the PM’s, Eric, came and we had a great discussion about the job and the company. We worked together with the office to agree on the verbiage of the contract. The crew showed up as scheduled two weeks later and worked hard and efficiently. They finished a complex 53 square home in 2 days. There was a problem area that I wanted addressed. This was unable to be quoted due to unknowns but various solutions were discussed. We worked together for a solution and we were not charged extra even though it was 3-4 hours more work. The quality of the work was very good and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the follow up service for repairs. As pictured, Five Star left our building damaged, workmanship was rushed, and products used were bent. We have requested an owner of the company to please come out to our place to inspect or at minimum call us to discuss. We keep getting told someone would be reaching out and we never hear from them. We are not a priority unless our roof is leaking. Five Star……NOT. At this point I wouldn’t even leave one star but I had no choice.

I am incredibly satisfied with the roofing services provided! From the initial quote to the final completion, the staff was highly responsive and made the entire process seamless. It was a great experience working with Five Star Roofing! Christina in the business office was wonderful who was so thorough and always got back to us when had a question. The crew was really great. So polite and professional. Our roof looks great thanks to all of them. The after clean up was great too. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs it !
