Firstly, I would like to recognize Matthew Mangapit, the Project Manager at Touchstone Roofing. Matt is very professional, respectful and a reason we stayed with the roofing company in spite of other roofing company offers. Touchstone roofing completed the roofing installation at our home and we are very pleased with the safety protocols they undertook before starting the project. The staff/ team was very knowledgeable, skilled and worked at a fast pace. Matt was present to supervise the whole project, answer any questions and provided pictures of the work being completed live. We have been very satisfied with the roof installation. They also took care of the gutters, window screens, fence staining. We would definitely recommend Touchstone roofing for the roof installation and other projects as they are sincere and reliable. A lot of our positive reviews is due to Matt as he was our point of contact, since the inspection and roof installation completion. Matt definitely deserves to be recognized and we thank him for the prompt communication and support throughout the process.

Another great job by Touchstone Roofing! David is a great project manager. He addressed all of our needs and requests. They replaced our roof, the gutters, repainted the exterior and did interior repairs and painting. Finished up in a timely manner. This is the 4th time we have used Touchstone and will certainly call on them for any future needs. Great job!

I discovered I needed a new roof and I called around found three different companies that had good reviews. that also dealt with solar panels . I called each of them to get an appointment set up for someone to come out and I was in a panic so I wanted it done as quickly as possible. One company couldn’t send anyone out for a week and a half the second company I called scheduled me And the day they were to come out called to reschedule . when I called Touchstone, they told me they could come out on Monday and this was a Friday I accepted this, but they called back and said they could work me in that day. A rep Named Sierra came that morning checked over everything put my mind at ease about what steps to take how to contact my insurance company and took over this project and made everything run smoothly. I really truly expected extra charges, delays, every worst thing you can think of about having a roof replaced this coming from having to have the roof replaced 12 years ago. The nightmare that was compared to this was almost like night and day. I got the first pick on shingles I chose, they upgraded some things I didn’t even consider needing upgrading. Fixed/ replaced items on roof that should have been fixed by the previous company but wasn’t. This company handled the Solar part of my project perfectly. They also stayed in constant contact with me, which made me feel at ease every step of the way. All I can say is if you need a roof, Touchstone Roofing can be trusted. They work with your insurance company very well and for as much as I can tell, there’s nothing hidden about their work practices are very upfront, straightforward, and mindful of your property.

He presented us quotes and explained us the items needed and also the GAF certification benefits. Throughout the process of testing, scheduling, assessment and replacement an post replacement requirements there was an excellent information given to us and prompt support and replies were provided. We appreciated all the honest and professional feedback and support from Touchstone LLC and their team. The work was scheduled and completed in timely manner. We were also pleased with the extra mile support Matt gave us with mending few fences, fixing chimney base and associated wood painting and replacements. He managed to explain us each and every detail and aspect of roofing. We requested for dryer vent issue post install and he was very helpful and covered the issue as well.
