I highly recommend Authority Roofing for a professional, thorough, and pleasant roof repair/replacement experience. Project Manager Jesse Helm is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to provide the best customer service. The roofing crew is careful and considerate and left my property neat and tidy after they finished work and cleaned up. I’ve used Authority Roofing for two roof replacements since I moved here and, with the hail we get in my area, chances are I’ll be calling them again in the future. They are my ‘go to’ roofer and should be yours, too!

Hail Storm in Plano on May 19, 2023. Houses and vehicles in the area were damaged. . . . . . Interviewed several roofing contractors during the next several weeks. Also communicated with my home owner insurance company. . . . . . We highly recommend Jesse and Authority Roofing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We had our roof replaced this summer due to hail damage with a different roofing company, but we’ve had multiple warranty issues with leaks and poor workmanship. Recently our water heater’s pilot light went out and our plumber came to service it; whereupon, he pointed out issues with the gas exhaust venting; he recommended having our roofer come back out to inspect. Frustrated with those folks, we googled other nearby roofers, read the reviews, and selected Authority Roofing. Jesse came out to trouble-shoot and quickly discovered the new vent cap on top of the roof was installed too far down on the flue pipe, thus restricting the flow of exhaust fumes. Wow, who knew, and what a potentially dangerous situation over time. Jesse fixed our issue and took the time to explain everything. We feel much better knowing we have a great new partner in Authority Roofing to help service and maintain our home!

This is my 2nd roof replacement by Authority Roofing. I highly recommend them if you want a high quality roof and install. They pay attention to details and are dependable and have been in this Collin County area for a very long time. I have a large roof and they completed the shingles, gutters, painting, and screens in a week. Under their warranty they would come out and replace any shingle that would occasionally come loose at no charge. Ask for Jessie Helm!

Well I normally don't write reviews like this online, but this is the best way to tell as many people about our situation with Authority Roofing. IT WAS AMAZING & WE WERE BLESSED WITH JESSIE HELM AS CAPTAIN OF OUR PROJECT. Thus was the second time using Authority Roofing during our 25 years & counting living in our home. They knocked it out of the park years back when we were in the debris field from the Tornado that ripped through Forest lane area of Richardson & then this most recent storm that left us with no power for more than a week. First time we were apart of a group if three houses in a row that used them & this time we used them again on the suggestion of our insurance adjuster as he said he works use the same company right down to the same type of shingles & nails & whirly gigs on top of roof to vent our attic. Jessie made sure that the attic was properly vented by adding a third whirly gig on top of roof & took care of contracting the work to fix the damage to our daughters ceiling in her room. It looks amazing & we will hire those two women that painted her room again because I have never seen a more incredible transformation than that of our daughters room, absolutely gorgeous..they painted her ceiling & even an accent wall for her in emerald green that took our breath away. Our roof was completed in black shingles & three whirly gigs for ventilation that truly updated the look of the exterior of our house so much that we decided to stay in our Home & not move. Jessie Helm you went above & beyond for our roof replacement guiding us the entire way navigating the insurance company that was a huge task in of itself all the while making sure the job was done to our satisfaction as well as the satisfaction of our insurance company. Coming way out of his way on multiple occasions to pick up check payments so I didn't have to drive out of my neighborhood to take checks to there office location. Customer Service is at the forefront of Jessie Helms mind for every family he guides through this process. Keeping you informed of any issue or delay which we had none to report.
