Wow! What an impressive guest experience! I would never expect this normally from a roofing or any construction company. Most tend to be very transactional or over priced, and Nietos roofing not only provided exceptional service and treatment, but best pricing out there. Their work was impeccable and me being out of town, they ensured they kept me up to date with photos, videos and details so much that I felt as if I was there. Norma was my direct contact and her customer service felt so personalized and custom to my needs. She followed up quickly every time and was able to message as needed or reach out with good updates. Not only they exceeded my expectations, but they even helped me with something unrelated to their original scope of work! Highly recommend them, and Norma, you are truly the best!

I called Nieto's Roofing to fix the work of another roofer that was done 3 years ago. The mortar for my concrete tile roof was falling apart and needed replacement. I must say, that they certainly exceeded my expectations in every way. Every step of the way the did EXACTLY what was promised at the time it was promised. Yes, I know, this is super rare in El Paso!. The office staff was super-nice and pro-actively reached out to me when necessary. I never had to hunt somebody down to get any answers. During the installation I had a question which was answered, but it still left me a tiny bit doubtful. I said that would be fine, but nooooo.... the lady (sorry, I am terrible with names) INSISTED that the owner would come to my house at 6pm (I could not be home earlier) to make sure I am fully comfortable with the work. The gentleman got up on the roof and explained everything in detail to me. Pricing was reasonable, too. May they stay in business as long as I live in El Paso!!!!

Really enjoyed working with this company. We just bought a house and it needed roof repair, we couldn't afford the payment in full so they let us do a payment plan to pay it off. The workers were very fast, did good work, and had excellent communication. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work, we will be keeping their number for any future needs we may have.
