Mountain Star Roofing Systems

Bad experience coordinating work. They indicate work was done, but they entered my property without permission - without coordinating an actual visit. They were good at collecting payment, they were very puntual in making contact for that, but not before when it mattered to me, the customer. Never doing business with them again.

I am writing to warn any homeowner considering Mountain Star Roofing Systems. They performed roof repairs for us that were explicitly covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the roof is leaking again, which has caused significant water damage to interior drywall. Despite multiple attempts to get them to honor their warranty, they have refused to fix the damage caused by the leaks. It has been a long standing issue with zero resolution from their side. A company that doesn’t stand by its work and leaves you with interior property damage that occurred while the warranty was valid and right after they performed work on our roof is not a company you can trust. I have posted photos of the drywall damage below as proof of their failed work. Avoid this company at all costs.

Mountain Star did a commendable job repairing parts of my home's flat roof. The roof had been worked on by others over the years. None of those earlier repairs addressed the leaks' root causes. Mountain Star was able to figure out where the leaks originated, and over three visits correct the issues involved. What impressed me the most was their willingness to return promptly to address the remaining areas that needed attention at no additional cost (i.e., they were covered under the original warranty).

Let's give credit where credit is due! I could not be more satisfied with Mountain Star Roofing . I hired them for a complete roof replacement and from the initial inspection, estimate and all the way to the final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently and took the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had. My roof has certainly withstood the current heavy El Paso rains with no issues! I appreciate the clear communication and fair pricing. Keep up the great work and serving the El Paso community!

This company does poor work. They replaced my complete roof and it continued to leak through the vents. I had a 3rd party inspect my roof and it was discovered that none of my vents were never sealed leading to leaks and damages on ceiling. Mountain star roofing directed me to the manufacture of product for warranty when it is clearly a labor issue. Stay away from these people. So frustrated but they got their 10k in their pocket.
