She walked me through every step, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I received more from my claim than I ever expected. She truly went above and beyond for us. From roof inspection to a new roof installation, I had a great experience with Caldwell Exteriors. Drake began with a free roof inspection; he documented significant hail damage. He then came to my home to walk the roof with the insurance adjuster. He was also extremely gracious in working around my schedule. I really appreciated his professionalism and clarity of communication. When it came to the roof installation, their team arrived at 6:45 am and were completely finished by 5:30. They were efficient and clean (they left the yard looking better than when they arrived). I am pleased with every aspect of this project, especially the new roof, which is beautiful.

Amazing service. After numerous denials from St. Farm (worst insurance ever) Caldwell (Justin Caldwell and Jacob Rogers) helped get this approved! They hung in with me for over a year working on getting storm damage covered! Their crew was unbelievable. Hard working non stop until everything was completed. They went above and beyond! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They installed a new roof on July 1st, started at 6am and finished up around 6:30pm. They did a very good job, and very important, did a good clean up. Also, my insurance was only going to replace 13 shingles after the initial submission, however Caldwell knows the process to address this, and after almost 3 months, they were able to get a complete roof replacement.
