Jenkins roofing did a fantastic job on our covered patio addition. James was easy to work with and thorough with every detail.

Highly recommend this company. When I received a visit from a raccoon, I knew it was time to replace the roof. Jenkins handled everything — coordination with my insurance company, replacement of the roof, painting the exterior of my home, replacement of insulation in both attics, gutters, and I added some internal projects to the list. Every person who came out to work on my home was respectful, competent and patient with me! The coordination of all the work that had to be done was handled perfectly. Jenkins will be my first call if / when I need help with any other projects since they truly are more than a roofer — they are the best general contractor I’ve ever dealt with.

Having contacted three prior companies for the construction of a covered patio, we continued our search for a qualified company who could perform this work. Scouring local companies, we happened to come upon Jenkins Roofing & Construction (At that time, Jenkins had amassed 222 reviews with a 4.9 overall rating and had completed over 200 patios!) Hopeful with the promise of yet another potential company, we decided to call Jenkins on the afternoon of Thursday, July 3, thinking we would hear back the following Monday after the holiday weekend. We were shocked to receive a return call that same day from the project/sales representative, Aaron. This return call set the tone for the whole project! Aaron scheduled an inspection for the following Monday, July 7th to determine the scope of work to be performed. Our list of five (5) items to be constructed, repaired and completed was discussed. Aaron was honest about what Jenkins would do, and what was not in Jenkins realm; however, he offered suggestions and the names of other potential people who could service those issues. It was impressive that the owner, Todd Jenkins, also made a point to come to the house to check and verify everything that was to be done. Each stage of construction was thoroughly discussed, planned, briefed and scheduled. Pricing was fair and competitive. Each employee was punctual, professional and performed each task within the given amount of time. Above all, the quality and craftsmanship were outstanding! Our vision for the patio was brought to life through Jenkins. The only complaint we had was that we wished we’d found Jenkins sooner, as Jenkins Roofing & Construction exceeded our expectations!
