MLM replaced the roof across the street from me 2 weeks ago. They opened up the attic on a wicked windy day and all the fiberglass blew out all over my property. They did a half assed job of picking up the big chunks in the rain one day and then told me it’s normal to have pieces left around and it won’t be there forever. I have now spent several hours with a leaf blower and rake and picking up literally thousands of tiny pieces and I still can’t walk 10’ without finding more. It’s tracking into my house it’s all over my patio. It’s everywhere. I’m so ridiculously pissed and there’s nothing I can do but keep picking it up piece by piece. PLEASE USE A MORE CONSIDERATE ROOFING COMPANY. They could have prevented this.

MLM Project consultant, Cody Fernandes, came to my house for a requested roof assessment. He was thorough and let me know that the extensive damage (showed photos) may be covered by my insurance. Good news. However most impressive was doing business with Cody. He is a naturally friendly guy, very professional and I would like to note, unlike some other business reps, he talks directly to you, not at you.This kind of interaction helps the client have confidence in the company. In a very short time I felt like I had known him before he walked in the door. MLM made a good choice in hiring Cody.

I connected with MLM last year as I wanted to have my roof assessed. After meeting with James it was determined the roof had suffered sufficient damage to warrant replacement. My insurance company is very difficult to deal with but James and MLM handled the entire process. They went above and beyond and in the end my insurance company paid for the entire roof replacement. James gave us great advice relative to the look of the roof we picked out as well as our full gutter replacement. On his recommendation we went with black gutters and we love the look. We couldn’t be happier with the process, how it came out or how great MLM was to work with. We cannot recommend them enough to anyone even considering whether or not a roof replacement might be in order. I had MLM come out and inspect my roof because I knew I had been needing a new roof for awhile due to age and I wanted to see how much longer I could get out of it before replacement. The inspector Mike came out and after his inspection, informed me that he found a handful of missing shingles on my roof and a couple soft spots. Come to find out, I qualified for storm restoration and we were able to have our insurance pay for full roof replacement. Thanks to Mike for being very thorough and guiding us through the whole process.
