I highly recommend working with RIHI! My recent half-bath and full-bath renovations exceeded my expectations, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Their project manager was excellent, and the friendly, experienced installers were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted several contractors who either never called back, or worse, set up appointments and then didn’t show. Then we saw the RIHI truck at a neighbor’s house. This neighbor couldn’t say enough wonderful things about RIHI. So without even checking reviews online, I called them. We received an immediate call back, an appointment was set up for two days later. An extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable salesperson met with us, and the contract was signed. He knew what we wanted and the price was right. We were even more pleased when the workmen showed up, introduced themselves with a handshake, and were equally professional. We had three windows replaced. They had to be special ordered and were exactly what we wanted. The old windows were out and the new windows were in the same day. The furniture was moved back. It was like they had never been here. RIHI made good on every promise they made, and I highly recommend them. This is a family-owned business and it could not be more obvious how important their company reputation is to them.

Rhode Island Home Improvement, RIHI, recently upgraded our tub/shower combo to a new walk-in shower, and it has completely transformed our bathroom. The new shower gives the space a modern, open feel, while the low-threshold entry, 4 ½”, makes it incredibly accessible. The first step was sitting down the RIHI advisor to pick out all the items we wanted; this took about two hours. The installation was perfectly planned, day 1 was demolition, day #2 plumber, day 3 and 4 was installation of the shower. Cleaning the shower is much easier compared to our old tub-shower combo. Overall, this walk-in shower combines style and practicality, making it a fantastic investment for anyone looking to modernize and most of all reducing the risks of falling. Kudos to the crew that did the work, all were courteous and polite and on time. When completed you would never know they demolish a bathtub and walls. It was a pleasure meeting them. I recently had three exterior doors replaced at my home, and the experience was excellent from the first appointment through the final follow-up. The salesperson took the time to understand what I needed and walked me through all the options. The process was easy and stress-free. The installation crew did outstanding work. They were professional, respectful of my home, and their attention to detail showed in the final result. The doors look great and operate perfectly. After the installation, the company followed up to confirm everything met my expectations and to answer any questions. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The work and support RIHI provided to my home needs was amazing. We signed the contract and no less then 2 weeks later my house was done. I have a 1500 square ft home and it was done in 2.5 days. I was amazed at the job the crew done and they paid attention to each detail. The crew was respectful and cleaned up after each work day. The RIHI family has gone above and beyond what was needed.
