The Helping Company replaced my roof shingles in April 2024. Everything went well till the rain we got on Thursday, December 19, 2025. The garage roof leaked and water went into the door opener motor and ruined it. Extin came out Gen following week and admitted that their folks did not apply caulk at a certain area and that’s where the water came from. I had to pay $495 to replace the motor and have been trying since then to reach them by leaving messages, texting and even messaging their CEO on LinkedIn. After over 2 weeks of getting the run around, I filed a claim with the office of the PA Attorney General. 1/13/26: Travis, I sent you an email. At the time of Extin’s visit, I thought the motor can be fixed. Given the amount of water inside it, it had to be replaced. I am sure the insulation is extremely wet too. I built this house 20 years ago and have been in it since and this is the first leak to ever occur. Not sure why your contract doesn’t include this! I will wait for your call.

We had the pleasure of Aaron Steenburgh and Extin replace our 32 year old soffit with new soffit. This was part of a joint effort that our exterminator set up to combat our squirrel attic infestation. Once the insulation and debris was removed, Aaron & Extin professionally removed the old soffit which was missing a panel & installed new soffit. They explained to me what they were doing and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend The Helping Co. and these 2 gentlemen for any roofing job.

I wish I could rate this company higher than five stars! We had a loose piece of siding on the top of our house significantly higher than any of our ladders could reach. We reached out to the helping company and Were promptly fit into their schedule. Aaron Steenburgh was extremely timely and professional! He came out to our house, assessed the siding, sourced the appropriate ladder, and fixed our siding without a charge! I have never been so grateful! We will be lifelong customers!!!!!! Thank you so much Aaron!!!!

As a first time homeowner, we had an unfortunate experience of damage to the roof due to a storm within months of purchase of our home. Helping Co. went through the measures of explaining the process to me and dealing directly with the insurance company to get the best work done possible. Logan was very assertive in making sure the work was done right and to the perfection. They did such a tremendous job. They are very skilled, very professional and competent. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend The Helping Company! They replaced my roof in 1 day and it looks fantastic! They were very friendly, professional and easy to get a hold of. Everything they moved they put back and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. Logan the project manager was great to work with and stopped by the next day to make sure everything looked perfect. Jeff the sales rep was awesome and had excellent input when choosing materials. Fernando was leading the team on-site and even helped me load some old wood from my deck I just redid into their dumpster. Wish I could give them 6 stars!
