Our 74 year old roof was sagging between the rafters and in need of new decking and insulation. Your five man crew arrived and completed the job in a day! They were pleasant and worked skillfully and efficiently. Another crew replaced the gutters, soffits and trim several days later. We are delighted with the results!

Connected through this company via Lowes. Sign a contract on the October 19th for work which included getting dormers refaced, fascia around the windows and completely new gutters with leaf guards. Throughout the process communication with this company has been slow. I never know when they are coming and what's the timeliness for the work. Initially was quoted two weeks bit that did not happen. Contract had to be requoted due to I needed to upgrade the fascia to azek which I understood. My whole goal was to get the dormers repaired which was done. My problem is the gutters was supposed to be done same the same week and almost 2 months later they are not done. My house now has ice dams because the company ripped down the old gutter. My logic is if you not going to do the work in a timely fashion why take them down On top of all the material is left on my lawn and around the house that is buried in the snow. The cleanup is non existent The star I gave is because the dormers are done and the lady at customer service is very empathetic but is powerless to the whole operation. The person who sold the product was nice as well, but words without action can only go so far They stated they coming tomorrow but after constant rescheduling who do I believe. I am now worried due to the ice dams there is more damage than when I started.

I debated for days as to what rating I should give. The salesperson was pleasant however there were issues with the financing as he told us one thing that which turned out not to be true. The roof installation went as promised but the siding was a nightmare. It was delayed multiple times without any update. Once it started the job crew seemed not to know the full aspects of job. They left one part undone and I had to go back and forth with the company about who would be completing it. Then once the crew came back to finish it was not done properly a section was not measured and cut correctly and was hidden behind the bricks. The final straw, was a piece of siding came off and it has been 2 weeks without someone coming out and that is after a minimum of 5 phones calls and messages left. I am updating my review to 3 stars as Maureen went out of her way to make things "right"! And she followed through on all promises.

Need a roof put on my house called Bachmans . Darrel Benner came out for an estimate. He was very thorough knowable professional. He put us at ease. No scare tactics just honesty . Showed us all the options and handled concerns as well as financing options. We chose to proceed with a beautiful Biscayne blue roof and upgraded to the deck amour underlayment Looking forward to our new roof this month !

I had Bachmans install a ridge vent and replace all of my soffit/fascia covering to add ventilation and to repair the old damaged soffit. They did a great job and the crew worked really hard. I did have a few follow up question and I worked with Vivian (office manager of Lehigh Valley location) who was very quick to assist me and a gentleman named Will who followed up with me to address them. They were professional and I will certainly be contacting this company again for further work when the time comes.
