Starway has clearly earned all their 5-star reviews. In an industry where incompetents and hucksters abound, Starway shines like a star along the way. We had a roof leak and a number of other issues from an improper roof install years ago. We hired Starway to redo the job and get it right. We're thrilled with the work so far. Not once did Starway pressure us or employ cheap sales tactics to secure an immediate sale. They were forthright about what needed to be done, what did not need to be done, and how much it would cost. Then they respected us enough to make our own decision, without any manipulation through fear or pressure. In the end, that made us decide to do not only the essential work but also some elective options. They won our trust and have more than delivered on it. The project was delayed numerous times, for nearly a month, on account of the weather. I don't hold that against Starway at all. In fact, it made them shine brighter, because their communication at every step of the way was clear and abundant. We never had to guess what was going to happen or when. Their professionalism and skill were unlike anything we've seen with any sort of home repair contractor. After this, they will be the only roofers I recommend to others.

They were very efficient and kept us informed on a real-time basis. It took only 2 days and they had to do a complete beam and plywood replacement plus shingles on a fairly large section of our roof which is very steep and two stories up. They cleaned up very well and the results look amazing. We couldn’t be happier!!!!!!!
