I pursued at least six bids for an insurance claim and finally decided on RoofX. Avery and the whole team are A+. They worked through my many questions with great patience. When I finally decided to proceed, they started the job faster than anyone could, did the work when they said they would, and finished fast. Scott came back later to fix some unique tricky trim spots, and the place looks great.

We are so pleased with our new roof. From the first meeting to the end of the project, the RoofX team provided exemplary service and support. Their workmanship was superior, and the cleanup was meticulous. We look forward to working with the RoofX Roofing team again on additional projects in the near future!

Charlie and the entire RoofX team was phenomenal to work with. Charlie took the time to answer all of our questions and explained the process in detail so we knew what to expect every step of the way. Charlie was very pleasant to work with and I feel like Charlie had our best interests in mind when it came to our roofing project. Charlie and his team stand by their work and I felt comfortable with their confidence and dedication of their guarantee. The RoofX team even went out of their way fixing an exterior part of our window that they didn't charge me for and wasn't part of the roofing job. Mark was excellent. Very responsive to our requests and comments. We were pleased that (i) They came within 2 weeks of signing the contract; (ii) the work was completed in a single day; and, (iii) Roofx let us wait for a few days, for a heavy rainfall, before paying the final installment of the payment. The only room for improvement: Please include a cleanup of the (empty) garage and (empty) attic in the service --we had a lot of nails and woodchips to clean up there after Roofx finished because we found out only at the end that this service was not included. Since did not have an appropriate vacuum cleaner, it took us several hours to clean it all up.

I could not be more pleased with my roof job from ROOFX. I spoke with Mark a couple weeks ago when he and his crew were putting on a roof for a neighbor. Mark sat down with me and went over all the aspects of their company, roof options, the materials and choices, payment options, and photos of prior jobs. He did a roof inspection and even cleaned out a clogged gutter. Once the estimate came in, Mark worked with me to get the best roof for my budget. I texted him multiple (and I mean multiple) times with questions and heneither texted right back or called if it was too much to text. I also has some scheduling conflicts and he was sure to fit my schedule not theirs. On the day of the job, Mark and his crew arrived early and began work right away. Materials and shields were put in places to protect the house and the yard. It was quite a mess as expected when the work was performed, but at the end of the day cleanup was perfect. Mark even went up with towels and wiped fingerprints off the siding. He is a perfectionist and isnt happy until the customer is satisfied. Aside from a beautiful new roof you would not have known anyone was there. I highly recommend Mark. He is very honest and trustworthy. Many companies would have tried to push add one, or said I needed decking replaced but where I had questions Mark went up on the roof himself to confirm the old decking and gutters were in fine shape. ROOFX is a very reputable and upstanding company. Without reservation and hesitation I highly recommend them...and definitely ask for Mark Stockdill. Tell him I sent you. 😊
