We hired Rutter Roofing to install a new picture window with two double hung windows on either side, and we couldn't be happier with the result! Communication was easy and quick with Horace, the project advisor. And our project manager, Chris, made sure that the size and placement of the windows was exactly how we envisioned it. It all started back in the month of June when I was walking my daughter's dog. I really needed to find a company to replace my siding on the front and back upper part of the house. Then there was a sign in the grass part outside someone's home. That's when I saw 👀 Rutter Roofing & Exteriors. We'll now, I will give them a call! The Production Coordinator, Megan Nebiolo was very nice and courteous and shows professionalism and listens to what I wanted the whole time and everytime! I had and Sales representative come out looking at the siding in thd front and back to give me the estimate for the price. He was very nice when he came out again to explain the whole process of removing the old siding and if it is damage underneath it such as wood or materials needed to finish the job. Extra cost will be added in which was outlined thoroughly in the contract to read it carefully before signing and knowing what to expect. The work for the front was a all day job for 2 days. The manager of the crew,Shawn McClellan is very nice and explains everything from the start. He showed me how it looks underneath the old siding of my house. And he should mecpictured of eirk in progress!The 3 guys of the crew were fantastic! They worked so hard of such detail and the craftsmanship of how the siding was installed, simply amazing! No fear of heights whatsoever! Lol. The siding looks great of the white to match the windows! Great looking trim and caps for the windows ledges. I even got the porch ceiling done as well and looks so amazing. It makes my house look new and give it more value to last year's to come! I am sooo satisfied of Rutter Roofing and Exteriors. They even fixed a minor nail pop that was a surprise to happen. The guy came out early this morning to take care of the nail that protruding into my wall underneath 1 of the windows. That was taken care of in 10 minutes! I thank him so much for coming in the morning to do that! It looks like nothing happened. We have used Rutter Roofing for three separate projects and cannot recommend them highly enough. Our home in Bryn Mawr had an entire roof replacement, as well as black metal accent roofs later added, to give our 85 year old home a special touch. I believe their excellent craftmanship, and the transferrable roof warrantee, were helpful in the quick sale of our home. In our new home in Villanova, we recently had a skylight leak. While this was a relatively small job, Chris Edwards fit us into his busy schedule, arriving early in the morning to give us an estimate. He was super helpful in explaining our options and talking through possible solutions. We were very worried that we would have a mess, given a storm that was forecast in a few days. Tim McCann was our service manager. He assured us we would be prioritized, given we had an active leak. Soon after, Brock and Mindy arrived to replace our skylight in record time and closely match the roof tiles surrounding the window for a seamless look. My husband and I would like to thank the entire team at Rutters Roofing and Exteriors. Our project was to remove all the stucco from the front of the house and all the old siding from the rest of the house and replace it with James Hardie siding. We also had every window in the home replaced with Pella windows. Shout out to Chris who responded promptly answering all our questions and helping us design our dream house within our budget. Under the leadership of Shawn McClellan and his team our project was completed in a timely manner. The entire team was respectful, hardworking, made sure every detail was done perfectly. They cleaned up every day when they were done. They removed all original stucco and siding while protecting my flowers and shrubs. They installed all the Pella windows and did all the new James Hardie siding. Their craftsmanship and eye for every little detail made our home beautiful. They consulted back and forth with us during the entire project with no delay in any of our Communications. We can’t thank enough for the wonderful job the entire team provided us. Extremely satisfied with Shawn, Milt, Fabrizio and the crew at Rutter Roofing! We originally used Rutter years ago to replace our roof and were so pleased with the results, we called them back for siding. They were fairly priced and from start to finish communicated through the entirety of the project. Would recommend to anyone.
