Good Service, good price, quality roof install. At their recommendation we did a PVC membrane over the existing BUR, avoiding a complete tear-off. During the install there was a small leak, and Jared had Mark come right over to figure out what the issue was and resolve it (an HVAC curb issue, not a roofing issue). Great guys to work with, and would recommend FRS to anyone in need of commercial roof work.

Bert and Jared could not have been more of a pleasure to work with on our roof refurbishment. After countless other companies not returning phone calls nor emails, FRS not only promptly returned our inquiry but also came out to give an estimate within a day or two. Once the project was approved for our 14,000 sq ft building, there was constant communication and updates on the status. I had Surface Coatings do a resurfacing on the flat roof of our commercial building on all 3 sections of our roof. The results were outstanding. We now have a dry building for the first time in the last 10 years. We were always chasing leaks around skylights and other roof penetrations and the team from Surface Coatings fixed all that. We then installed solar panels on top of the newly coated and water tight roof. The team at Surface Coatings are a great group of people to work with and would highly recommend them and the products they use for your roof project.
