Reaction Exteriors is a well managed, dependable business that trains their employees well to provide an excellent product in an efficient manner. Each of the tasks associated with our project was done by the appropriate team of trained personnel (e.g. electrical, siding, demolition, etc). Communication with our project manager, Steve, was also very good and we felt confident with his answers and ability to deliver a good product.

Steve and his crew remodeled my kitchen, laundry room, and powder room. The project was complete on time and the site was cleaned up every day. His crew was kind, respectful and professional. Everyone that came in the house knew exactly what to do. I absolutely love my remodel and would highly recommend.

Reaction Exteriors removed my stucco and replaced it with Hardie Board and natural stone, in addition to adding a portico. They also replaced all my exterior doors. Having rental property for many years, I’ve delt with many contractors, a vast majority of them were just terrible. We were not looking forward to such a big project on our own property. The project progressed so smoothly, we kept waiting for the moment it would turn. This never happened. The project was completed with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Gary, Pablo and his team were amazing, going above and beyond to make us happy and keep us on budget. His team of workers are honest, take pride in their work and it shows. We really can’t say enough about how amazing these guys are. It’s so refreshing to find a company that really cares about their product, takes pride in their work and wants to make sure the customer is happy. I look forward to welcoming them back for our next project.

Worked closely with county to ensure permit process flowed properly. Promptly attended to client feedback and last minute changes. ADA compliant bathroom and closet addition was pleasing to our elderly father in law. They took the time to consult with him on details to ensure he was happy with the new room. Conveyed updates to us in a timely manner. Steve, Steve, Gary and the crew took the time to handle business and make sure we ended up with a fantastic product. 10/10 would recommend, they’ve done a lot of solid exterior work in our neighborhood.

My stucco was put on in the early 1980's so it was aged with large open cracks, mold, and sagging. I choose Reaction Exteriors based on the detail of their quote and honesty about unexpected fees I could face if we uncovered a bigger water & mold problem. The original stucco application was on foam core boards with adhesive felt then wire-mesh and stucco. Very flimsy to today's standards which considers extreme weather events. This new application used plywood, water barriers, mesh, and three coats of stucco material along with proper flashing around the windows and doors. The team of workers were on-time, clean, friendly, and skilled in their trade of masonry (check out the even and consistent pattern in the final picture). My house looks beautiful again. No more cold drafts or mold worries. I'm hoping my electric bill goes down too now that we're insulated. Thank you!
