Certitude Roofing and Siding

I contacted Certitude because we had some roof damage that needed to be repaired and a shudder that had to be reinstalled. The entire process was stress free, convenient, and affordable. Kelly was great at communicating with us from start to finish. Ryan and his partner were there exactly at the time that Kelly had said they would be to start work and were finished multiple repairs within an hour. They were professional and informative. We are very relieved to have this work completed and would highly recommend using Certitude to anyone.

First, they did great original work (roof, siding, covering all exposed wood with cladding). Then — 15 years later — when squirrels tried to burrow through the siding, Certitude responded to close them out!! I remember that interviewing for a roofing contractor 15 years ago was kinda fun — all applicants gave their all! Certitude won out. We’re glad they did!

Great company to do business with. I had some small siding repairs to be done. Phone communication with Kelly was effortless - so clear, responsive and pleasant. Greg came out on time, and offered options - very easy to work with The work was done promptly and efficiently. The price was reasonable, and I am grateful they were willing to come out for a small job. I would definitely recommend Certitude for any roofing and siding repairs needed.

Our experience with Certitude was fantastic and we are very happy with the quality of work completed! They came right out and repaired our roof and siding after a tree hit our home, and worked with our insurance company to get our payment to where it needed to be. They were very transparent and communicated with us throughout the process. Greg was very knowledgeable and such a nice guy, and Kelly in the office was amazing and so helpful! Their prices were fantastic and they came in under estimate. Decent, respectable, and honest- if you think that’s impossible to find, look no further!

This review is a long overdue. We had a very bad house fire in 2023. Once we realized the extent of the damage and found out our house would essentially need to be gutted and partially torn down, I had no idea who to call. After meeting with several contractors (including one guy that told my wife and I that he would tear the entire house down), I decided to call Certitude to see if they have any experience with fire damage and restoration (they replaced our roof in 2021 and were exceptional to work with). Ryan (the owner) called me back almost immediately. He was honest and up front. He said they don't do fire restoration but work with some great contractors that have experience with demo and rebuilding. He came out to our property several times. After reviewing the damage and the extent of the work needed, he put me in touch with a good friend of his, BH Design & Build. They are a custom design and build company that can handle everything from kitchen renovations to building a new custom design house. Certitude is one of their go-to contractors for exterior work, roofing and windows. Ryan never asked to be compensated for anything. We signed with BH Design & Build and requested that Certitude do all of the exterior work. Thanks to Ryan and his team, my family is finally back in our home and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Certitude truly does go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied. Ryan not only cares about the quality and craftsmanship of his work, but he is a down to earth, great person. I can honestly say our house wouldn't be what it is today, if it weren't for him. Ryan, if you ever read this, thank you so much for what you did for me and my family. I'll never forget it.
