My name is Tom Rodden of Clarion Drive of Douglassville, Pa. We had a new roof and to gutters installed by MLM on January 14th. The project mgr. Chris M. and his crew were on time and did a great job. I am very happy with the results and would not have any issue with having other work done by MLM. Thank you very much Chris and Crew.

After Chris Monaco and his crew failed to replace rotted boards when roof replaced July 28, 2025 and Monaco refused to replace the rotted boards discovered afterwards I spoke to Mike Twining at the corporate office and after stipulating Chris Monaco was not welcome back on our property, Chris Baldwin from the Lehigh County region took over and returned with a much better competent crew November 5, 2025 and ripped all the shingles back up and replaced all the rotted boards that Monaco and his crew deliberately overlooked previously. They even painted the replaced boards at no additional cost. The work performance and supervision by Chris Baldwin was a complete turnaround and his word and judgment completely trusted. Mike Twining stayed in contact during the procedure as well as a follow-up afterwards. I fully recommend these 2 men as the integrity shown is something to be passed on.

My experience with MLM home improvement from start to finish has been amazing. From the very beginning to the very end when the project was finally completed they’ve done an incredible job. Even Anthony who took care of everything from the beginning was also incredible and super helpful the every step of the way. Chris, the project manager on the day of the job saw that everything got done properly and very efficiently. He also kept me up to date on the process as it was going on and also came back to complete the inspection the following day. Everything went very very smooth. I love my new 50 year roof and it looks amazing on my house! Incredibly pleased with the job that this company did and everyone who was involved in it!
