Mast Roofing & Construction

I needed a few shingles on my roof replaced and unfortunately did not have a great experience with this company. After they took my initial deposit, they said they would have the work completed within 2 weeks as they had to order the material. It was not until 2.5 weeks later AFTER I had to reach out to them myself to ask when the job would even start that they ended up scheduling someone to actually come do the job. It rained for a day or two during those first two weeks and while they tried to claim that was the reason for the delay, I never had any communication from them on this as everyone went silent after taking my initial deposit. Then, when they did the work, the shingles they used DONT EVEN MATCH MY ROOF. They claimed they don’t manufacture them anymore but I’ve had to replace a shingle myself before and was able to find the right color to match. In the picture below, the light gray shingles are the ones they used. It would’ve been helpful to know they couldn’t find matching shingles BEFORE they started the job so I can look for another solution but they did not communicate that and just went ahead and used shingles that didn’t match and charged my card for the full job While I can do this myself, I was just looking for another company to do this work as I didn’t have time and it reminded me why it’s hard to depend on others. Very unhappy with my experience and the outcome of the job and would not recommend this company to anyone UPDATE: they were able to send a quality control specialist to come re do the job and roof now looks great with all matching shingles. Thank you for making it right

From beginning to end, the process was very smooth and professional. There was very clear and consistent communication at every step.The work crew was extremely efficient and worked together like a well oiled production line. They cleaned up very well and left my property in the same shape they found it. I would highly recommend Mast construction to anyone looking for a roof well done!
