Focal Point Remodeling

We had our 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms redone in our 100-year old home. We were a little nervous of how it would go with the house being as old as it is, BUT being a local company with a solid reputation we were confident that they could manage any surprises. Bob and Shanae helped us make some wonderful choices for our remodel and had so many options to choose from! We ran into a bit of a hiccup with the size of our shower, but the owner was super easy to work with and got it settled. Our installers, Justin C and Nate were awesome and did a phenomenal job on both bathrooms. They were great at communicating and explaining everything to us. We are beyond happy with the work that Justin and Nate did. We 100% have intentions of using them again. We still have to paint the 3rd floor bathroom and replace the mirror, but I wanted to share the amazing job that was done with this oddly shaped 3rd floor shower space that they had to work with! The new vanity is a perfect Fit and the floors are beautiful.

We had a new shower installed and a basement toilet. They did a fantastic job. Focal Point was in contact throughout the process and from the estimate to the installation was a very fast process. Our Installer Nate Jones was nice and knowledgeable. He kept us informed throughout the installation.

My sister and I had a great experience with Focal Point from the sales rep to the installer. We had a complete bathroom installed in our laundry room. Justin C was patient with our questions and was very thorough in his work. It turned out beautifully! Definitely 10 out of 10!

Troy Jacquin was our sales associate, was very informative and helped us decide on a remodel involving new flooring, new shower, and new vanity. The pricing was acceptable I guess for today's market, the vanity and flooring seems to have come from Lowes (which is ok, but more expensive pricing). Nate Jones came to install the products. Nate was very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, was efficient, and finished the bathroom in 2 days. Nate and Troy both did their Job and should be commended for it. After the completion of the bathroom, Nate also suggested a new shower for our half bath that was leaking, however we did not have enough finances to get that taken care of. Maybe if the pricing lowers we will consider that shower update our other bathroom. Other than that , Focal Point did all that they said they would do. As of right now we are happy with the project and thankful for the remodel. We did not paint as of yet but I have provided photos to show the finished project.

Our new shower is absolutely gorgeous! We couldn’t have chosen better. Andrea listened to everything we said, including showing us options IN our budget. Our contractor was a late starter and worked 9-6 instead of our preferred 7-3 so although it delayed our evening appointments a bit, it was worth the 3 day wait! No need to shot around bc Focal Point did that for you. We will definitely have them back for another project!
