Erie Homes was an excellent choice for us when it was time to replace our roof. Everyone from start to finish was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and left our property spotless. We were especially impressed with how clearly they communicated each step and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. The quality of the workmanship speaks for itself—our new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend Erie Homes to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch roofing experience.

Edit: 10/18/25 Company reached out to me and came out. We are working things out. Once updated. I will re-update review for 3rd time. Nothing was done right. Kane would never call me back about the dumpster deal, the non-matching shingles. And Shane never came to survey the rood. Plus, Shane gave me an excuse as to not giving me the contract I'd signed. I asked Kane for it, said didn't he print it out. They gave me a completely different contract, not covering what was to be covered, lies. I addressed it with an agent and told her, someone else must have wrote this one. She said yes, someone else wrote it, like it's common practice to switch contracts.I'd had major surgery. Spouting was to be fixed, wasn't, son & I hurt ourselves. Dude was told not to run over septic, did, ran over my outspouting, smashing it, causing damage to my foundation, where they weren't to go. Never replaced the flashing. Metal was sticking up, guy said no idea, just chaulked it. Now that it's rained, leaks like a sieve. I finally got unto roof, never finished the roofing, chaulking, terrible flashing around chimney. Cut the metal around my windows, I had a life time warranty on them, they ruined. Never nailed anything. Shingles sticking up completely, for water to come right in from the west. Mold now in my house. Roof sagging now, regret ever calling them. I told Andrea to email me back before review, nothing. These people are scammers, same with the banking options. Lots more wrong too. I will have to sue them. This is their last warning. I have pictures and lots of proof. My old roof was much better. This thing cost more than 6x's the amount. Wish I'd have stayed local. I thought they were too, but they're out of WI. All for the money. In the meantime, after trying to reach their office, my insurance company is asking when I'm getting my roof replaced. Now they owe me for more than a new roof, damages to my property, foundation, and mold remedy. I've put a few pictures, but have many more for court.

Excellent work. The roof installers were the upmost professionals. They worked in unbearable sun/heat. My house, a 105 year old property in a historic district. The new roof blends perfectly with the architecture of the house and neighborhood, I highly recommend Erie Homes for roofing needs.

The overall Erie Home experience was very positive. The price of the roof replacement was a bit high, but the quality of the materials used was also high. Otherwise, I would have looked for a contractor with a better price. The roofing crew were very courteous. They were concerned for the noise generated, as we were Home during the re-roof. They worked very quickly with sufficient men to get it done quickly. When completed, they provided a thorough clean up, which included going around with a wheeled magnet to get any nails. I heard good things about Erie Home, and I can confirm it with our experience.

Erie home was great to work with. I had specifically searched for companies that sold the Unified Steel system and compared costs. They were extremely fair, provided a great warranty, and had an awesome instillation team. My only complaint is that we were told you were good to walk on the roof if you were below 300lbs (I’m 180) and I did put a couple new dents in it installing Christmas lights. There are specific places to put your feet to not affect the roof and we were not made aware of that, assuming we could just walk on it like a normal roof.
