Just terrible..... Promises, promises.... Misleading, terrible customer service. I can see why there lacking customers.... Used to be great but oh how things have changed..... Good luck buying there....

First come first serve. Receiving starts at 9 but if they are free before they will get you unloaded. Unloading was very quick. Staff were very nice.

Prices were compatible. Knowledge was higher than department stores. Willingness to share knowledge was not given. Need to pry to get the knowledge then after my next visits the staff was actually more into informing me of things I may not have known. Not a great first impressions place. Although they proved worthy with multiple visits.

Provided excellent service on a special order roofing product. When a problem arose after delivery, they worked to resolve it quickly and made sure that I had what I needed to get the roof properly covered on time. Their customer service was well appreciated.
