I usually deal with the Albany Erie 1sr time in this area. The worst Customer Service lazy incompetent People working.The guy working here did even having any knowledge With construction materials.. Do yourself a favor go to Albany or Syracuse they’re very helpful. Marcy you are lacking and Lazy.

Excellent experience from ordering with Bucky, to the delivery with Trever. it was a rainy day and the delivery driver Trever called me to make sure he could put everything inside so it didn’t get wet very professional. I would highly recommend.
